Here it is, the time to get together again to have the Region Six annual Thanksgiving day clinic at Sterling Academy of Gymnastics

Optionals on Nov 29th from 9am to 4pm please bring a lunch or plan to purchase one from Sterling

Compulsories: on Nov 30th from 9am to 1pm.

 Because this year if filled with new code issues, what better time to get together as a region to have a workout.  This year, there will be lectures and skill development segments for the athletes and coaches.  To signup just send me a roster or fill out the attached form.

Cost is $45 per gymnast
